Half Day Video Deposition up to 4 hours            $350

Full Day Video Deposition 4 to 8 hours              $525

The time begins at the scheduled start time and ends when the deposition is over regardless of late starts or breaks.

Travel expenses are included for depositions that take place south of the Malahat. Depositions north of the Malahat are subject to a $45/hour travel fee.

Video depositions cancelled or postponed with less than 48 hours verbal notice are subject to a $75 cancellation charge. Forgetting to cancel your deposition will result in the full Half Day Video Deposition charge of $350.

Master Digital Video Tape
A high quality digital video tape will be used to record the deposition. The charge per tape is $15 which translates to $15 per hour of video.

The master DV tapes will be stored at Pan Productions for at least seven years unless otherwise requested.

Master DVD
Each Master DV tape will be compressed and burned to an archive quality DVD-R disc that will be playable in over 99% of all DVD players. There is no charge for this service.

Copies
DVD Copies are $10 each

VHS Copies are $25/hour

MPEG Files are $30/hour

Delivery 
The DVD Master and any requested copies will be delivered to the court reporter or court reporting facility within five business days unless otherwise requested.

Next day delivery can generally be achieved if requested for a 10% additional charge.

Payment
A cheque is our preferred method to receive payment.  We also accept Visa/MasterCard/AMX through PayPal. Payment is net 30 days.
